We're looking for a commercially minded and creatively driven Head of Marketing to lead an in-house team and shape the future of a distinctive and growing customer-focused business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a tangible impact on brand, content, and community presence.


As Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for defining and delivering a marketing strategy that drives engagement, strengthens brand recognition, and supports sales performance. You’ll be hands-on in leading creative campaigns, guiding brand storytelling, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints—from digital and social media to community initiatives.


What you’ll be doing:


• Leading and evolving the marketing strategy across all channels (digital, print, events, social, video, and more)
• Managing, mentoring, and inspiring a small in-house marketing team
• Creating and executing campaigns that generate leads and build emotional connection with the brand
• Overseeing all brand messaging and visual identity to ensure consistency and impact
• Supporting on-the-ground teams with high-quality marketing materials that elevate their work
• Driving local brand awareness through community engagement and events
• Reporting on marketing performance and contributing insights to the leadership team
