To be successful as Marketing Manager for this construction services company, you must have at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in construction, architecture, or SaaS. You should have proven experience developing and implementing marketing strategies focused on digital channels, podcasts, and marketing automation. A passion for AI and its role in the future of marketing is essential. Your hands-on approach and independent, entrepreneurial mindset will support the company's growth from a £1.5m turnover to £10m.

The Marketing Manager's responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and delivering a comprehensive marketing strategy covering brand, content, digital channels, lead generation, partnerships, and product launches.
  2. Building a consistent system for converting leads via podcasts, LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, and the website.
  3. Driving brand visibility and producing high-quality marketing content.
  4. Tracking and reporting on marketing performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  5. Collaborating closely with the MD and Founder to create the marketing vision.
  6. Utilizing tools such as Mailchimp, LinkedIn, and CRM systems.
  7. Expanding the marketing team as required.
