Head of Marketing (Luxury Brand, Hands-On Role)

We are a values-driven luxury brand, committed to craftsmanship, sustainability, and exceptional customer experience. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Head of Marketing who combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to elevate our brand presence and drive measurable growth.

The Role

This is a senior leadership position for someone who loves both the strategic and the tactical. You’ll shape the marketing direction while directly managing and executing campaigns. You will lead with brand integrity, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our luxury ethos while delivering tangible business growth through ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the marketing strategy, balancing brand-building with performance marketing
  • Lead the Shopify ecommerce store — oversee merchandising, customer journey optimisation, and CRO
  • Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), always optimising for both ROI and brand equity
  • Run high-end email marketing via Klaviyo — creating flows and campaigns that feel bespoke and personal
  • Craft and oversee story-driven content that aligns with our brand’s luxury positioning
  • Analyse performance data, identifying opportunities for growth and brand amplification
  • Work closely with founders and the wider team to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels

About You

Experience in luxury, premium, or values-led brands
Hands-on expertise in Shopify, Klaviyo, and PPC platforms
Deep understanding of what drives brand loyalty and high-value customers
Data-driven but brand-sensitive — you care about numbers, but never at the expense of brand integrity
Resourceful and proactive, with a passion for craftsmanship, design, or luxury lifestyle sectors
Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
Leadership experience but no hesitation to get your hands dirty with execution
