Head of Marketing Location: Farringdon, London Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm (On-site)

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for brand-building and a knack for making things happen? A dynamic construction group in the heart of London is seeking for a visionary Head of Marketing to lead their team and shape the future of their brand.

Based full-time at their Farringdon HQ, you’ll take charge of all things marketing across the group. From steering a rebrand journey to amplifying their market presence, your work will have a direct impact on growth and reputation.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading the charge on a full-scale rebrand in partnership with our Brand Manager
  • Owning and executing the marketing strategy aligned to business-wide goals
  • Running standout campaigns from planning to post-mortem, backed by KPIs and insights
  • Managing budgets, monitoring performance, and reporting directly to the Board and SLT
  • Overseeing all digital and comms activity—making sure every touchpoint hits the mark
  • Guiding a small in-house team while leveraging support from external agencies

  • A confident marketing leader with B2B experience, ideally in the built environment
  • Someone who thrives in strategy but still enjoys rolling up their sleeves
  • An inspiring people manager and mentor with strong storytelling skills
  • A natural communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels
