10+ years in marketing, with 5+ years in Web3, blockchain, or deep tech Proven track record in global growth marketing and ecosystem engagement Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience Strategic, creative, and hands on from brand to execution A passion for building systems, teams, and momentum
