I am working with a leading B Corp marketing agency, with a keen focus on sustainability.

They have a national and international client base and are looking to further expand their presence.

As the business is growing, they are hiring a key member of the team as Head of Marketing, in a role that will require hands-on delivery, some account management, and a strategic approach to delivery and leadership.

You should be someone with generalist marketing experience, including some senior or leadership experience.

This is a well-respected business, but it is also very much a family environment, and you should be someone who is looking for a long-term position with a team that values mutual respect.

Responsibilities
  • Delivery of marketing campaigns and content
  • Implementing strategic and tactical activities
  • Managing client accounts
  • Copywriting for social media, blogs, landing pages, sales materials, pitch decks, and slide decks
  • Developing GTM strategies and brand marketing
  • Identifying growth opportunities
  • Managing social media channels
  • Some travel for client visits; a valid passport is required
Essential Requirements
  • Extensive marketing experience
  • Generalist marketing background
  • Leadership, management, or senior experience
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and accounts
  • Copywriting and content creation skills
  • Social media management (LinkedIn and others)
  • Proactive, self-motivated, with accountability and initiative
  • Stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
  • Valid and current passport
Nice to Have
  • Graphic design skills with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working with external clients in an agency setting
  • Experience with sustainability initiatives or marketing
  • Genuine interest in sustainability
  • Driving license
