Head of Market Operations - Energy Supply

What you will do
  • Provide strategic direction and operational management for the Market Operations team
  • Oversee customer onboarding, metering, settlement, and reconciliation processes for both gas and electricity
  • Drive continuous improvement in departmental processes and systems
  • Manage relationships with industry bodies and third-party service providers
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes and performance standards
  • Lead the implementation of SMART / AMR meter rollouts and DCC compliance
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators for operational excellence
  • Support proposition development and tender responses from a Market Operations perspective
  • Optimize costs while maintaining high-quality service delivery
