Head of Management Accounting & Treasury

Are you a qualified accounts professional with a passion for team development, financial rigour, and strategic influence?

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Head of Management Accounting & Treasury to lead our clients' high-performing teams, ensure financial integrity, and support their mission to deliver exceptional services.

As the Head of Management Accounting & Treasury, you’ll be the go-to expert for accurate reporting, robust financial controls, and efficient treasury operations. Your core responsibilities will include:

Leadership & Development

1. Recruiting, mentoring, and empowering the Management Accounting and Treasury teams.
2. Supporting apprentices through their journey, ensuring they meet milestones and succeed.
3. Spearheading continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.

Management Accounts

1. Overseeing the production of trading accounts and site-specific financial performance reports.
2. Ensuring all client reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with contractual terms.
3. Maintaining strong balance sheet controls and highlighting risks to management.

Treasury Operations

1. Managing relationships with UK banking partners and overseeing compliance with Group treasury reporting.
2. Driving automation of treasury processes, particularly bank reconciliations, to enhance efficiency.
