Job summary

The Council is seeking a Head of Major Projects to lead Merton Council's large capital programme, including major capital projects, planned maintenance, refurbishment and decarbonisation work. You will set the project and programme management standard across the council, from business case and procurement through to delivery on time, on budget and to quality.
