You will also liaise with contractors for jobs beyond your team's expertise.

The wellbeing of our residents will be your top priority. You will ensure all work is carried out with sensitivity to their needs. With hands-on property maintenance experience, you'll have at least one trade skill and ideally a broad range of maintenance abilities. Reliability and flexibility with working hours are essential. A full UK driving licence, IT literacy, and GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) are required.

- Free training and development
- Access to wellbeing and support tools
