As a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you'll be responsible for ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment for the residents and staff. You'll handle a variety of tasks, from fixing plumbing issues to gardening, and will work closely with the General Manager on budget planning. This is a hands-on role that requires experience in property maintenance and the ability to lead a team.
