Job Title: Head of Maintenance

Location: Barchester care home

Hours: 32 hours per week, 6 hours a day, Monday to Friday (hours can be discussed at interview)

About the Role

As a Head of Maintenance, you'll ensure a clean and well-maintained environment for residents and staff, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities include handling various tasks within the care home and grounds, such as fixing leaks, gardening, leading a team, supporting budget planning, and liaising with contractors.

About You

You're committed to residents' wellbeing, experienced in property maintenance with at least one trade skill, reliable, flexible, and hold a full UK driving license, IT literacy, and GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent.
