Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring efficient operations across all sites.

3. Manage budgets, negotiate with contractors, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
4. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain high operational standards.

2. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to handle multiple locations.
