• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for maintenance and estate services.

The postholder will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Maintenance team, while ensuring full compliance with relevant legal, statutory and regulatory requirements.

St John's College, one of the largest Colleges within the University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint an experienced Head of Maintenance to lead the College's Maintenance team, keeping the Colleges' substantial historic estate operating effectively and in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
