To successfully navigate this complex journey, we are seeking a Head of Logistics to join our team based at the Leeds Head Office.

How will you make an impact?

• Lead a logistics organisation that optimises safety, service, quality, and costs throughout Arla's value chain from farm to fork.
• Ensure cost competitiveness and continuous development of the organisation to provide excellent quality and service to both internal and external customers.
• Set the direction, implement, and embed new solutions across UK Logistics to achieve sustainability, digital, and efficiency goals.
• Strengthen the team's leadership and logistics capabilities, promoting continuous improvement in customer logistics, warehousing, and transportation.

What will you need to succeed?

• A passionate leader with a holistic view and strong people management skills.
• Solid technical knowledge within FMCG and a proven track record as a senior leader in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience leading transformational change in a global matrix organisation, with a focus on customer centricity and digitalisation.
• Deep expertise in modern logistics, including transport and warehousing functions for an international organisation.
• A decisive decision-maker who combines analytical thinking with strategic vision and action.
• Ability to act strategically while being hands-on and a team player.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and inspire, with interpersonal and influencing skills to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel within and outside the UK as required.
