Job Title: Head of Logistics & Supply Chain

Location: Wiltshire/Berkshire/Hampshire border, 3 miles south of Hungerford

Salary: £70 000

About the role:

We are seeking a Head of Logistics & Supply Chain to lead and develop logistics, warehousing, and supply chain activities. This role is crucial for ensuring that our clients products meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining profitable trading relationships across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop day-to-day supply chain operations both internally and externally.
• Lead ERP system development and related business processes to ensure a 99% service level to customers.
• Oversee all purchasing activities to ensure continuity of supply for all raw materials.
• Manage and lead direct reports in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and purchasing.
• Negotiate and manage business plans and contracts, including third-party warehousing, delivery vehicles, and waste management.
• Develop and implement reporting and analytics strategies.
• Collaborate with the Senior Management team to develop commercial opportunities and strategies.
• Maintain and train company departmental procedures and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant UK laws.
