Our Client is seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Logistics to lead and optimise their global logistics operations. This is a critical leadership role within the business, responsible for ensuring seamless movement of product from suppliers to warehouse to end customer, across wholesale, e-commerce, and retail channels. You will play a key role in shaping and scaling their logistics function as they continue our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage all logistics operations across inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and final mile delivery
• Oversee 3PL relationships and performance across multiple territories
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and support sustainability goals
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade compliance
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Commercial teams to align logistics with business priorities and seasonal timelines
• Manage logistics budgets, reporting, and KPIs
• Implement and optimise logistics systems and technology to enable smarter operations
• Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team
• Act as the point of escalation for any logistics-related challenges or delays

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a senior logistics or supply chain role within the fashion, apparel, or consumer goods industry
• Deep understanding of global logistics networks, 3PL management, and international trade compliance
• Experience managing logistics for DTC (e-commerce), retail, and wholesale channels
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
• Experience in scaling logistics operations within a high-growth environment is a plus
