We are seeking a Managing Director to lead our London Loan Capital Markets team. This role involves managing Loan Capital Markets origination, syndication, and distribution across amongst others the UK, Ireland, France, and Germany. You will closely liaise with other departments and oversee the European Loan Capital Markets business related to Food, Agri and Energy Transition which includes Project Finance, Infrastructure Finance and Corporate Financing.
You will cultivate strong client relationships, create impactful presentations, and represent the bank at high-level meetings and events. Your expertise in syndicated lending will enable you to tailor financing solutions, oversee debt underwriting, and negotiate complex loan documentation. Additionally, you will lead syndication strategies, ensure accurate internal reporting, and maintain senior industry contacts. Your strategic vision will drive the implementation of global business objectives, achieve financial targets, and ensure regulatory compliance. As a leader, you will inspire and manage the London Loan Capital Markets team, maximizing deal flow and income while engaging with key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be expected to achieve business, regulatory, and personal goals, certification processes, and financial targets, aligning with the strategic aims of the Capital Markets department and the overall Bank strategy.
