Job Description:

Staffline Ireland is recruiting for a Head of Lettings & Property Management on behalf of a leading Estate Agent. The Head of Lettings & Property Management will lead and grow the lettings and property management division. The role involves driving business growth, overseeing team performance, ensuring compliance, and profitability, while implementing strategies to enhance market share and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to grow the lettings and property management portfolio.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
  • Manage and mentor a team of property managers, negotiators, lettings valuers, and support staff.
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and service expansion.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and industry regulations, including tenancy laws and property standards.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction through excellent communication and service delivery.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to optimize profitability.
  • Perform other duties as required.
