Do you want to join a global private equity firm as its first permanent legal hire?

Are you interested in handling a wide range of both non-contentious and contentious legal matters?

Client

You will be working for an exciting global private equity firm.

Role

This is a newly created, broad, and diverse role. As the company's first dedicated legal hire, you will be part of the senior leadership team.

You will have significant autonomy to manage your own matters from the start and will have direct exposure to stakeholders at all levels, including the board of directors.

This hybrid role offers flexible working options, including remote and home working, with the organization based in central London.

You

You should be a qualified UK Solicitor or Barrister with substantial experience in both non-contentious and contentious legal matters. Prior in-house experience is preferred but not essential. Sector-specific experience is not required.
