You will partner with the Executive Team to provide commercially focused advice and steer governance, strategic projects and high‑level negotiations.

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent.

• Able to simplify complex legal issues into practical solutions.
• Pragmatic, proactive and results-focused.

• Act as a trusted adviser to the Executive Team and senior leaders, providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.
• Lead legal support for key customer, supplier, technology and strategic commercial agreements.
• Oversee complex contract negotiations and ensure effective legal risk management across the business.
• Support the General Counsel on corporate governance, strategic projects and Board-level matters.
• Drive continuous improvement within the legal function through streamlined processes, best practice and technology.

As a Head of Legal you will:
