An established independent school is seeking a passionate Head of Learning Support to lead and enhance SEND provisions. We are looking to appoint a well-qualified Head of Learning Support with a proven track record of fulfilling the responsibilities of a SENCo teacher. This role is for a fixed term of one year, and is part time, ideally Monday – Wednesday. You will be a passionate advocate for pupils with SEND, EAL and SEMH needs and be a warm and caring communicator. You will lead, manage, develop and maintain high quality SEND provision which enables quality teaching, excellent learning outcomes and the success of SEND pupilsat our School. You will be supported in your role by a dedicated team of 17 Learning Support Assistants and a Wellbeing Centre Manager.
