Job summary

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd in London seeks a Head of Learning Disabilities to build and lead a new specialist division across LD, Autism, MH and Supported Living. You will shape strategy, secure new commissioning relationships and drive growth with equity participation and performance bonus.

Hybrid working with the London head office, autonomy to develop the division and a contributing leadership team are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Significant management experience within Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Autism or Supported Living.
Experience as Registered Manager, Head of Service or senior leader.
Proven track record of securing new commissioned care packages.

Responsibilities

Establish and develop supported living and community-based complex care services.
Take on CQC registration as Registered Manager for regulated activities.
Build relationships with Local Authorities, NHS commissioners and referral partners.
Secure new commissioned care packages through referrals, tenders and frameworks.
Oversee assessments, package costings, staffing and mobilisation of new services.
Recruit and develop Service Managers and specialist care teams.
Manage divisional budgets, financial performance and KPIs.
Maintain safeguarding, CQC compliance and quality assurance.
