A leading retail organization is seeking a Head of Talent to drive a culture of learning and development. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to enhance talent management strategies and ensure high performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people development and strategic experience in managing projects and budgets.
Salary banding starts from over £100,000* | 35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme
