  • Utilising performance data and feedback to identify training needs and track the progress and impact of learning programmes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the People Team, managers and employees to gather feedback, assess needs and ensure strategic alignment
  • Developing key success measures and producing system reports to keep stakeholders and business units well-informed on compliance and performance
  • Negotiating and managing contracts with external training providers
  • Evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of learning initiatives on employee performance and business outcomes
  • Staying aware of the latest learning and development trends and continuously improving our training and development opportunities
  • Overseeing the continuous evolution and improvement of our LMS (Thrive)
  • Line managing the E-Learning Specialist and Apprentice
  • Seeking meaningful opportunities to optimise our apprenticeship levy
  • Supporting the Head of People and CPO with relevant projects and initiatives as needed
  • Undertaking any other reasonable tasks requested, including contributing to cross-business projects
