Head of Leadership and Management Development

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Head of Leadership and Management Development to design and oversee the implementation of high-impact leadership programmes. Reporting directly to the COO and working closely with the CEO and CCO, you'll be responsible for creating evidence-based, tailored leadership solutions and ensuring their quality implementation to deliver measurable ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and ensure high-quality implementation of leadership programmes (apprenticeship and commercial)
  2. Consult with client organisations to understand needs and co-create customised solutions
  3. Lead a team of facilitators and manage our associate network
  4. Establish metrics and evaluation strategies to demonstrate programme impact
  5. Contribute to business strategy and new business development
  6. Provide thought leadership in leadership development practices
