They are seeking a Head of Laboratory Solutions & Optimization, a seasoned Biomedical Scientist (HCPC registered) who has experience leading laboratory teams and driving change.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations, focusing on designing, developing, and optimizing labs. They should be both a leader of people and a subject matter expert (SME). Experience in service transformation, financial acumen, and stakeholder management are essential. The ideal person is assertive, a visible leader, and passionate about coaching and developing their team.

Responsibilities:
