The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Key Stage 2 team, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, and contributing to the overall development of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the KS2 team, providing support and guidance to staff.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to raise standards and improve pupil outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning within KS2.
