Job summary

RLDatix, based in London, seeks a Head of Knowledge to shape how knowledge is accessed, understood, and applied across our product portfolio. You will drive strategic direction for knowledge experiences, turning complex guidance into interactive digital solutions and aligning with Product, AI, Data, and Engineering teams.

You will engage with senior care leaders and stakeholders to ensure knowledge supports safer, higher-quality care and better decision-making across the platform.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within the social care sector and regulatory context.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and product/service design.
• Ability to translate complex knowledge into intuitive digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the knowledge experience strategy across the product portfolio.
• Reimagine delivery of complex professional knowledge into interactive digital experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify opportunities for new products and features.
• Work with AI, Data and Engineering to personalise guidance and improve relevance.
• Engage with managers, quality leaders and provider teams to understand knowledge usage.
• Represent the organisation at conferences, forums, and meetings.
• Build relationships with senior care leaders and professional bodies.
