Main responsibilities include:
  1. Supervising the unit, including monitoring hygiene standards, staff training, and daily kitchen operations
  2. Leading a team in the preparation, cooking, and service of meals
  3. Handling administrative tasks such as placing orders, stock control, and monitoring food budgets
  4. Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards of kitchen premises and equipment are maintained
