Following the success of their pan-European growth in the past years and operational restructuring, we are now looking for a Head of Key Accounts to drive the company’s retail partnerships and commercial frameworks as part of their ambitious plan to double the size of the business by 2030.
As the business enters a new growth phase, this role provides an opportunity to shape and centralise its European retail strategy. You’ll take ownership of building governance and frameworks for retailer partnerships while driving commercial negotiations, tenders, and account growth. This is an influential role requiring both strategic, commercial and operational understanding of supply chains.
Reporting to the Commercial Network Director, this is a hands-on strategic position where you will balance central leadership with close collaboration across European markets. The successful candidate will be expected to strengthen key retailer relationships, introduce structure across regions, and play a pivotal role in delivering their ambitious growth plans.
