Responsibilities

• Drive infrastructure strategy, manage vendor relationships, and oversee governance processes—focusing on continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and alignment with business and regulatory priorities.

Experience and qualifications

• Experience managing infrastructure from a service delivery, risk, and compliance perspective—preferably within financial services, investment management, or similarly regulated industries is needed.
• Proven leadership in technical operations and team management
• Investment management or broader financial services
• Managing critical, firm-impacting incidents
• Exceptional communication skills for high-pressure problem resolution
