Job summary

Eames Consulting is seeking an experienced Head of IT Infrastructure to own its internal technology environment, including the Microsoft estate and workplace IT. You will oversee infrastructure, security, technology risk and governance in a highly regulated setting.

In addition, you’ll manage MSP and SOC relationships, oversee procurement and policies, and ensure the technology environment supports a growing business and drives compliance.

Job description

A growing, highly regulated organisation is looking for an experienced Head of IT Infrastructure to take ownership of its internal technology environment.

This is a hands‑on role covering the Microsoft estate, alongside workplace IT, infrastructure, security, technology risk and governance. You’ll manage key MSP and SOC relationships, oversee procurement and policies, and ensure the technology environment supports a growing business.

You’ll need experience working within a regulated environment, ideally within a high‑availability financial, trading or similarly demanding business. Previous experience managing workplace/desk support is important, as is the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and defend technology decisions.
