The IT function at Encyclis supports our transformation into a leader in energy recovery. We are seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead our technology strategy, manage information systems, and oversee IT services to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with company goals.
• Define and execute an IT operating model supporting business growth.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and lead the Digital Steering Committee.
• Manage information security, monitor cybersecurity threats, and promote security awareness.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and the Digital Team of our PE owners, EQT.
• Manage vendor relationships, evaluate proposals, and oversee procurement of technical solutions.
• Develop and oversee the IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and risk management processes.

• Proven senior technology leadership experience.
• Experience in developing and executing aligned technology strategies.
• Knowledge of digital transformation trends and best practices.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of senior IT management experience, with 5+ years as Head of IT.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to deliver quick wins and business value.
• Experience in change management and handling evolving priorities.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, Waterfall, cybersecurity, risk, and operations management.
