Job description

A successful and technically robust school in the West Country is looking for an ideal IT leader, ideally with experience in secondary education.

This role will give the right candidate:

• A chance to be part of the Senior Management Team
• The opportunity to manage a team of 5 IT staff, delivering support and development of IT systems for nearly 100 students.
• A key role in the strategic direction of a digitally focused school.
• A focus of working with educators on the latest tech including AI, cyber security, the 365 ecosystem and Azure cloud services.

Knowledge of managing IT services especially tech like 365, Azure, Aruba, VMWare, Fortinet, Entra, Intune etc as well as managing 1-1 devices and BYOD would be advantageous.

This is a stand alone school so would really suit someone already experienced in managing their own estate or someone who is looking to step up into a leadership post.

Interviews in July, interims also potentially considered.
