We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and forward-thinking Head of IT, Computing and Business to join a thriving secondary school in North Hampshire from September 2025.

This is a full-time, permanent leadership position offering the opportunity to shape the strategic direction and outcomes of a high-performing department delivering Business Studies, Computer Science, and IT to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of an exciting curriculum across IT, Computing, and Business, with responsibility for departmental outcomes and innovation.

Promote outstanding teaching and learning through curriculum development, assessment strategy, and effective classroom practice.

Support and guide a small team of subject specialists, sharing best practices and fostering collaborative professional development.

Provide a high-quality learning experience that supports student achievement across GCSE Business, Computer Science, and BTEC Digital Information Technology.
