Job description
Head of Investment Programmes

Senior appointment and key member of the Firstport Leadership Team. You will provide strategic, operational and managerial oversight of all repayable investment programmes across the Firstport Group, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to the highest standards of quality and impact.

Group CEO

Salary and Hours

£53,000 + 5% pension. Full-time (Flexible patterns available).

Based

Home working, with access to our office in Edinburgh and occasional travel throughout Scotland.

Start date

ASAP. Permanent contract.

About the Role
  • Strategic and operational oversight of all repayable investment programmes across the Group.
  • Guidance and support for a talented Investment Team.
  • Robust financial management, governance and risk frameworks for all programmes.
  • Building and maintaining key relationships with co‑investors, programme partners and funders.

Experienced professional with financial acumen and passion for social impact. Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels, capable of steering complex investment programmes while empowering your team to deliver high‑quality, client‑centric work.
