Edenbrook Ltd. is seeking a Head of Internal Controls to lead the UK Internal Controls function, owning the ICFR programme and strengthening the organisation's control framework.

You will collaborate with senior Finance, Audit and business stakeholders across the UK and internationally, overseeing testing and remediation to mitigate risks. The role requires ACA/ACCA or equivalent and 5–10 years in external audit or internal controls within complex financial services or insurance environments,

Formación

• > ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• total 5–10 years in external audit or internal controls within financial services or insurance.
• > Strong knowledge of internal controls, SOX, COSO, UK GAAP and US GAAP.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and continuous enhancement of the internal control framework.
• Own the ICFR programme (SOX 404) and related governance.
• Develop and oversee annual control testing across financial, operational and compliance controls.
• Assess control design and effectiveness through walkthroughs and testing.
• Identify control gaps and drive remediation plans.
• Contract with risk, finance and audit teams to ensure alignment and independence.
