An established investment firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Institutional Sales to lead and expand its institutional business across the UK and European markets. This senior role will focus on driving capital raising efforts and deepening relationships with institutional investors, including pension funds, insurance companies, foundations, and endowments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow institutional sales across Infrastructure strategies.
  • Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with institutional investors across the UK and Europe.
  • Lead fundraising efforts, from prospecting to closing commitments, ensuring strong alignment with investor needs.
  • Work closely with investment, marketing, and product teams to tailor investment solutions for institutional clients.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in the institutional investment landscape.
  • Drive collaboration across internal teams to optimize client service and investor relations.


Key Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in institutional sales, capital raising, or investor relations within private markets.
  • Strong network of institutional investors across the UK and Europe.
  • Proven track record of raising institutional capital within Infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of alternative investment strategies and fund structures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed across key markets.
