Responsibilities

This multi-award-winning scale-up offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Insights Operator who is passionate about data and innovation. You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights.

What will my accountabilities be?

• Lead Data Innovation & Insight Strategy, developing frameworks for insight innovation
• Serve as a bridge between Insights and Data teams, translating between analysts and developers
• Manage senior relationships with FMCG brands to ensure client impact
• Enhance capabilities for developing, testing, and sharing insights

A great candidate will have:

Experience in data-driven roles within FMCG or Market Research

Proficiency in data analysis, survey methodology, and storytelling

Technical skills in statistical tools such as SPSS, R, Python, or similar

Ambition, creativity, and a willingness to challenge the status quo

Strong leadership and influencing skills, with experience collaborating at local, regional, and global levels
