Job summary

Wales & West Housing Group is seeking an Assurance & Organisational Effectiveness Manager to lead resident insight, organisational insight, diversity and inclusion, internal audit and executive support. You will report to the Director of Corporate Services and drive improvement by turning feedback into practical action.

You will work with senior leaders across the organisation to translate ideas into measurable improvements, embedding the WWHG Way and ensuring residents' voices shape services.
