A bit about the job:
This is a pivotal role in our Strategy & Innovation function, ensuring Aviva remains future-ready by developing new capabilities that meet evolving customer needs. You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of innovation-funded propositions—from prioritisation and governance to successful handover. Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you’ll help shape and accelerate our strategic ambitions, ensuring innovation translates into measurable value.
