We are seeking an experienced individual for the role of Head of Innovation Banking Propositions, CIB CCO.

CIB’s goal is to become the #1 innovation bank globally, acting as a trusted partner for equity-funded, venture-backed start-ups, scale-ups, and their investors.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement strategies for value propositions tailored to Innovation Banking clients, aligned with CIB’s strategic objectives
• Use insights from market research, client feedback, and competitor analysis to define propositions that address specific opportunities and pain points
• Partner with banking, product, marketing, and digital teams to co-create and refine propositions
• Design innovative solutions with products, services, and digital tools for a differentiated client experience
• Leverage emerging trends and technologies relevant to propositions
• Establish external partnerships to enhance value for clients
• Manage the rollout of propositions across jurisdictions, ensuring localization for client needs
• Define success metrics and frameworks to measure impact on satisfaction, growth, and revenue
• Continuously assess and optimize propositions based on feedback and market insights

Requirements:
