A leading fintech company is seeking an Infrastructure Team Lead to oversee the infrastructure engineering team. The Infrastructure team is responsible for operating, maintaining and continuously improving our scalable, robust, secure and performant platform to support both our growing customer base and our engineering organization. Our aim is to enable and empower engineers to self-serve and deliver value to our customers in a fast, safe, and autonomous manner. This role leads the team of infrastructure engineers, to drive innovation in infrastructure processes, focused on operational excellence. This is a role that should lead how we can use AI technology to improve speed and the developer experience.
