Ashdown Group is seeking an accomplished Head of Information Security to lead the organisation's security strategy from the office in the United Kingdom. This is a hands-on senior role requiring strong leadership and a proven delivery track record.

You will work with a Cyber Security Analyst to implement ISO27001 compliant controls, governance policies and resilient IT security across the technology estate, while engaging with senior stakeholders and external auditors.

Qualificações

• Proven track record delivering secure and compliant information security programs.
• Experience leading ISMS and security governance.
• CISSP or equivalent accreditation would be advantageous.

A well-established business is looking for an accomplished Head of Information Security to join its team. Please note this is an office-based role, so you will work from the office 5 days per week.

In this role of significant responsibility, you will design and lead the information security strategy for the organisation. Supported by a Cyber Security Analyst you will provide InfoSec expertise, ensuring that the business has a secure, resilient and robust technology estate, and will also ensure that effective security governance policies and procedures are in place.

In order to be suitable for this role, you must be a highly capable information security leader with a proven track record of delivering secure, compliant and robust systems and procedures. CISSP or similar accreditation would be highly advantageous to your application.

Key responsibilities

• - Evolving a cyber and information security strategy to achieve ISO27001 accreditation
• - Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• - Work with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between security initiatives and organisational priorities

You will strive to continually harden and enhance the organisation’s IT systems and approach to cyber security and will be effective at managing relationships with third party suppliers and external auditors. In addition to this, you will oversee awareness training, enhance and test the businesses disaster recovery, continuity and incident response plans, and carry our internal audits for the InfoSec governance frameworks.
