Job Description:

The Head of Sales Industry & Testing (IT) within the Science and Lab Solution Organization will be part of the Industry, Testing and Diagnostic (IT&Dx) Leadership Team, contributing to the success of the Western Europe market segment.

Responsibilities include setting and executing the segment strategy in the Northern Region, managing Sales Reps deployment, balancing sales across Chemistry, Biology, and DxRM portfolios, and overseeing the "Long Tail customer portfolio" in collaboration with the digital sales team to maximize profit.

Key duties involve achieving revenue and profit goals, developing a focused and accountable sales team, implementing segment strategies, ensuring cooperation with Scientific Sales, establishing strong commercial infrastructure, leading business reviews, and fostering talent development within the team.

Qualifications include extensive commercial experience in the Industry and/or Pharma Market, preferably in Production and QC, proven global operational ability, strong business and financial acumen, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, talent development experience, and a customer-focused approach. The role is flexible to be based in the UK or Ireland.
