A health-focused organization in Northampton seeks a talented individual to lead fundraising strategies for Individual Giving and Legacies. This role requires proven experience in increasing income, strong leadership abilities, and the skills to manage a high-performing team. Candidates must have a track record of strategic fundraising and data-driven decision-making.
