inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society. We are looking for a Head of Inclusion, Diversity and Early Careers to join our HR team in Leavesden. What you'll do:

Responsibilities
  • Own the I&D action plan
  • Lead the early careers team
  • Manage the I&D leaders' group
  • Implement a data-driven approach
  • Lead the understanding and planning to embed I&D related legal requirements into BAU
  • Develop and deliver initiatives that improve the I&D and Early Careers offering
  • Own the early careers attraction and assessment plans
  • Lead the ongoing review of early career development programmes
  • Lead social value activities in I&D and early careers
  • Leverage technology to enhance candidate/employee experience
  • Proactively contribute to the wider Talent and Capability team
  • Be the Lead Safeguarding officer
Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience of leading teams
  • Evidence of actively contributing, leading and delivering to I&D related actions/Initiatives
  • Experience in HR, Social Value or associated Business related field, with a track record of implementing strategies that embed I&D best practice
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development or related field and/or MCIPD or equivalent
  • Proficiency in using data analytics to drive design and delivery choices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience of presenting ideas clearly, influencing senior management decision making
  • Experience of designing, managing and evaluating development programmes such as graduate schemes, internships, apprenticeships, Inclusion programmes or work experience
  • Evidence of connecting strategic thinking to tangible outcomes
