We are committed to providing rich experiences for our pupils and creating an environment in which every child can feel that they belong, achieve and thrive. There is also an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to play a key role in the development of an on-site specialist provision/resource base, as part of a wider project being developed in partnership with the local authority. This is an opportunity to help shape something from the ground up and have a lasting impact on provision for children and families within our community. We are looking for someone who is proactive, compassionate, solution-focused and ambitious; someone who will champion children, support colleagues and work collaboratively to remove barriers to learning.
