What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of in-house services including residential care, day services, and enablement.
• Ensure services are person-centred, safe, and compliant with CQC standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all in-house provision.
• Champion a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and inclusive approach to care.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver integrated, community-focused services.
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Lead workforce development, recruitment, and retention strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in adult social care or related services.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and quality standards.
• Excellent people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of service transformation.
• Commitment to co-production, inclusion, and safeguarding.
